taro ᴍᴏᴄʜɪ ʙᴜɴ
The fresh taro has homemade low-sugar taro paste filling. The smooth taro paste contains original natural taro, which greatly enhances the taste. The bread is mixed with purple sweet potato flour, with thick taro paste in the center and mix with handcrafted soft brushed mochi. It's not the usual general concept of tough chewy mochi instead it helps enriching the taste and improving the level of the whole bread.
